ranch and land sales, plus bank-owned property, apartment locating and other services.
Ultima Real Estate currently provides service to agents and clients in Texas, Missouri, and Kansas. Ultima's corporate office, located in Dallas, TX, has been open since 1991. The company currently sponsors 425 sales professionals.
History
Paul Bermudez completed his undergraduate studies in Greenville, South Carolina with a bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. Since earning his real estate license in 1987, Paul achieved several accolades for his listing and sales production with Coldwell Banker and other prominent real estate firms.
Paul co-authored the "Cram Exam Review Guide" which had been marketed throughout Texas, as well as, the "Real Life Real Estate" training program which is the established training program of the firm. Paul has over 2,000 hours teaching Mandatory Continuing Education, and Core Courses including Principles I & II, Real Estate Loans, Real Estate Math, Lending & Closing, Real Estate Law, Law of Agency, Law of Contracts, Real Estate Brokerage, and The Art of Negotiation. Paul has also assisted in test writing sessions for the Texas Real Estate Exams with Experior.
Brian Mechura, Vice President of Ultima Real Estate, joined the company in 1999 to develop the company's internet presence and to innovate many back office tools that has since become the foundation of the company's operation. "It has been great being part of this fun and energetic company." He said "You just can't get better experience than starting with a small company of 15 agents and helping it grow to well over 400 as it is today. We are still adding agents by the day." Besides, being an accomplished web developer, Brian Mechura also is also a key recruiter, visionary, and manager of operations for the company.

Ultima Real Estate ranked nationally for sales and volume in the 2007 REAL Trends 500 (www.realtrends.com) study of real estate companies. RISMedia (www.rismedia.com) published the rankings in its April 2008 issue of "The 2008 Power Broker Report". Ultima Real Estate ranked No. 120 for transactions, and No. 268 in Volume among the nation's top real estate companies. On Thursday, June 05, 2008, the Dallas Mortgage Bankers Association (www.dallasmortgagebankers.com) and HUD (www.hud.gov) held their 4th annual awards event. Ultima Real Estate was awarded the First Place award for their production in 2007. Ultima Real Estate has been recognized among the top 5 firms selling HUD properties since the acknowledgement program began.
