The only charges you will see are the low $97 per month fee and a $60 E&O fee per closed
sales transaction! THATS IT!
If you close more than 7 deals per year, you can opt to pay for the E&O in advance for only
$395 per year and no longer be subject to the standard $60 E&O fee.
Leases Have No Transaction Fees!
Residential Leasing and Apartment Locating transactions have no transaction fees!

Transactions and Closings
We use a CDA (Commission Disbursement Authorization) which we fax to the title company
authorizing them to cut your commission directly to you. You simply log on to our site,
fill out the form, upload your executed contract, and our system will automatically
fax it to the title company.
Here is a simple example of a $150,000 sales transaction with our system.
