Are Ultima's services available in my area?

Will I be totally “on my own?” Where can I get answers to my important questions?
With Ultima Real Estate, you are never alone! We have several ways to get you answers to your questions. With real estate questions, you can call or email our knowledgeable staff including experts of Real Estate, Computer and I.T. help, and Administration support. You may also find answers to your questions in the Virtual Broker section of our website which allows you to ask a question and you get the answer automatically online.

How is your Training accomplished?
Our training is simple. You can either join our trainings in the office on Thursdays or you can watch the trainings online through our webite. We record all our trainings on video for you to watch later. We have lots of online trainings videos in the website. You can feel like you are right in a classroom!

Are any company meetings required?
No. If we need to get information to you, we will either: email you, hold an online webinar meeting or video, call you, or even send a text message to your mobile phone.

Can you explain the commission structure?
The only charges you will see are the low $97 per month fee and a $60 E&O fee per closed sales transaction! THATS IT!

If you close more than 7 deals per year, you can opt to pay for the E&O in advance for only $395 per year and no longer be subject to the standard $60 E&O fee.

Leases Have No Transaction Fees!
Residential Leasing and Apartment Locating transactions have no transaction fees! You only pay $97 per month. Thats it!

Transactions and Closings
We use a CDA (Commission Disbursement Authorization) which we fax to the title company authorizing them to cut your commission directly to you. You simply log on to our site, fill out the form, upload your executed contract, and our system will automatically fax it to the title company.

Here is a simple example of a $150,000 sales transaction with our system.

What about the For Sale Yard Signs?
Option 1: You can use our signs for FREE! Just leave a $25 deposit and bring the sign back when you're done. Use your name riders to get the leads!

Option 2:You can purchase your own signage for your listings. While at first that sounds like it costs you money, it actually MAKES you money because your phone number is dominant on the sign. Am I limited to selling residential real estate?

Ultima Real Estate provides you with many options to meet your clients. We have conference rooms available in the following areas:

Addison, Allen, Arlington, Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, Grapevine, Houston, Irving, Katy, League City, Lewisville, Plano, San Antonio, and Sugarland.

If you are in the DFW or Austin areas, you may use one of our full-service office locations. Otherwise, Title Companies and Loan Offices are usually willing to let agents use conference rooms or spare offices. Also, since wireless internet hotspots are just about everywhere these days, some agents meet their clients at local shops such as Starbucks or Panera Bread (Click here to see a list of hotspots in Texas). Most wireless phone companies offer a laptop network card that will allow you to be online anywhere you can use your cell phone! With today's technology, the world is your office.

Will my fee ever go up from $97 per month?
Absolutely not. Since 1991, our policy has been to award loyalty by NEVER raising your monthly fee. If we advertise higher fees in the future, only new agents joining at that time will pay those fees. We will not raise your monthly fee.

What is the process of switching my license to Ultima Real Estate?
You can be an active Ultima Real Estate Agent TODAY! The process is very simple. You simply click the
sign up button to get your account set up. You will fill out and send in the "TREC Change of Sponsorship Form" provided in your emailed welcome packet. Then, you must provide written notice to your previous broker that you have decided to change sponsorship. Once your sponsorship form has been postmarked and your broker has been notified, you have officially joined Ultima Real Estate. That's it!
